How do I get my Bundle?

I'll send you a text when stock is updated each week (about noon on Wednesday).  Pick your items and submit your order on our easy online checkout! If you don't want to pick your bundle, we'll build a bundle for you.

We deliver on Tuesdays. Simply leave a cooler on your porch for us, and we’ll drop off your order!  You'll get a text when we're a few stops away, and another after it has been delivered.

 Can I add on more items?

Yes! Add extra items over what your bundle includes for $3/item. We'll automatically add total into your next recurring charge. You'll also find premium and partner items available to purchase in our online store.

Going on vacation or just need to skip a week? Send me an email or text and I’ll put a pause on your subscription.

Need to cancel? Cancel anytime by emailing alex@moonfarm.us - we understand situations change, so we'll never try pushy and annoying sales tactics to try and stop you. We do, however, appreciate your feedback greatly!

Milk & Eggs offer: Offer cannot be combined with any other offer or discount. Free item will be delivered with your order of a regular or family sized bundle for the life of your subscription.  Subscription may be paused for up to 3 months, but not more than 6 months in a rolling 365 day period or the offer will be inactive.  Non-transferrable, no cash value.  Subject to availability, Moon Farm reserves the right to make changes to the offer, but will make a reasonable effort to accommodate the agreement. 

Price Lock Guarantee: Your bundle price is your price for the life of your subscription. Moon Farm will not increase the price of the base bundle for your subscription. Prices on additional items added to the bundle (eggs, milk, etc.) are subject to change, but you will be notified if there will be any changes via Email.
